ARAUNY marched in the Labor Day parade again this year.
The purpose of the parade, of course, is to honor and unite people in the labor movement, so our theme this year was support of workers in vegetable farming.
We donned animal masks and costumes and got quite a warm, happy response from the kids and parents alike as we helped other non-union community groups make it a huge Rochester event in support of laborers of all kinds.
