Membership Options
- Individual: $15/year
- Family: $25/year
- Gift Donation or Membership: Please enter the recipient’s name and contact info instead of yours. In the text area at the bottom, include your name and any message you’d like to include on the card we will send to the recipient.
- General Donation: Includes dues, plus your generous donation.
- Honorary/Memorial Donation: Includes dues, plus your donation for any being you choose to honor. Choose Honorary for living and Memorial for deceased. You can enter info in the final text box if you would like us to send an acknowledgement to someone.
Two ways to join:
- By mail: You can print and complete our membership form and remit a check for the amount of your membership type.
- Electronically: Fill out the form below and submit your dues by way of the Donate page.
