Our next reading will be a bit different. We’re going to read the first chapter of Peter Singer’s Animal Liberation, and then chapter 17 in Michael Pollan’s Omnivore’s Dilemma (“Ethics of Eating Animals”). The chapters are related, and both books are plentiful in the public library.
