The “ARA Book Club” met for the second time on Monday May 22, 2006. We reviewed Joan Dunayer’s book (@2001, Ryce Pub) entitled Animal Equality: Language and Liberation. This book explores our use of language and how it reflects on overall perception of and subsequent treatment and attitudes toward nonhuman animals.
